    • Seed Saving Lesson - Gathering seeds, drying and storing for winter
  • 10:00 a.m.  
    • Harvesting Herbs - Preserving and Drying for Herb Salts and Seasonings
  • 10:30 a.m.  
    • Harvest Kale, Parsley and Greens to make Pesto with Pasta
  • 12:00 p.m.  
    • Lunch for families attending workshop (*must sign up by Thursday, November 1st to join us for lunch)
    • Pasta with Pesto and Roasted Squash, Homemade Bread and Ricotta Cheese
    • Clean-up / Learning about the kitchen supplies
  • 12:45 p.m.
    •   Garden Web of Life Lesson and Game
  • 1:00 p.m.
    •   Composting Lesson

    •   Garden Clean-up
Reminder to families: We need one pick-up or trailer with a bed! Parents need to bring garden gloves, garden clippers, rake, etc. to help cut down and haul away garden debris.
